Happy New Year to each and every one of you. 2009 is gearing up to be one of the biggest in competiton history here in Australia, with not 1 but 3 international events being staged here through the year.
Firstly we have the IFBB Australian Grand Prix on the 14th March in Melbourne. The first ANB Asia Pacific titles are being held on the Gold Coast on the 30th May and the INBA Natural Olympia is being held on the Gold Coast also on the 15th-18th October.
The ANB Asia Pacific titles will be open to any natural competitor this year while the INBA Natural Olympia will be holding qualifying shows to make it through. I expect many girls and guys will be doing their best to do at least one of these shows. The opportunity to enter an International event in your home town is amazing, I know first hand what the crowd support is like at these events.
So with the start of 2009 I would like to wish everyone all the best for the coming year. May all your competitive and personal goals come true!
