Style on Stage Return Policy

Contest Shoes

We are more than happy to accept exchanges on shoes if they are the wrong size or style. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your shoes. Once confirmation of their return has been received please post them back to Style on Stage in an appropriate manner with a self addressed express post satchel. A replacement pair will be sent as soon as the originals have been received.

PLEASE NOTE: No exchange can be accepted if the shoes have been damaged or show signs of excessive wear.

Posing Trunks

Due to hygene reasons posing trunks cannot be exchanged or returned. Please ensure you are positive about the size you are ordering. If in doubt do not hesitate to contact Jo to discuss the correct size and style for your physique.

DVDs

Faulty dvds will be exchanged gladly - please make contact within 7 days of the items arrival then return it to Style on Stage for an identical replacement.

Clothing & Merchandise

Any item that turns out to be faulty or the wrong size will be exchanged - please make contact within 7 days of the item's arrival then return the original piece for a replacement.

Bikinis

Bikinis cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygene reasons. If the error is a fault of Style on Stage a replacement item will be organised as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: To compete successfully, a degree of leanness needs to be achieved and Style on Stage assesses your physique and makes your suit size accordingly. We guarantee that if you are in good condition your posing suit will fit.

All outstanding payments are due on completion of the suit and prior to delivery. If you have pulled out of your show you are still required to complete payments and final payment is due within 4 weeks of the original contest date unless prior arrangements have been made. If no contact is made you will forfeit your deposit or outfit and it may be sold or used for another competitor.

Alternatively,if you no longer want or need your bikini you can arrange to have it listed on DIVA Consignments, a website for pre loved or unwanted competition apparel. To do this though, all outstanding payments must be completed prior to the item being listed.

$150 Deposit

This deposit is non refundable once work has commenced on your outfit. If the base suit has not been started then a refund is available minus a 20% service fee to help cover time involved in emails, fittings, pattern drafting and admin work.

Packages

If you decide not to compete after committing to one of the Style on Stage packages you may apply for a refund. Any unused services or products will be refunded. A $50 service fee will apply.
