Love lifting heavy weights and pushing my limits in the gym, dislike…….cardio, especially the bike.

I love training back, anything back related. Favourite lift would have to be Deadlift.
Favourite Cheat Foods
I never really have a special cheat meal but my go to foods would have to be Bulla low fat Icecream and Haribo bears drizzled with Hersey’s chocolate sauce.

Co-founder of Gymnastics Method
When I competed at the 1996 Olympics I had 5 bone chips in my right elbow and a stress fracture in my foot.
My best friend taught me how to drive
