About Me
IFBB Pro Women's Physique, Trainer, Contest Prep, Weight Loss, choreography.
I began competing in 1992 in Australia. I began training to keep fit and quickly found that my body loved it. I entered my first competition as a Body Builder as that was the only category available. After winning that show In the under 52kg division I evolved with the sport entering into what was then figure and eventually fitness. I competed in the Australian nationals 4 years winning twice and placing top 3 in the other 2. I went on to represent Australia at 3 IFBB Amateur world titles (Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Brazil) Earning My Pro card in 2005 in fitness. I recently changed to the new Women's Physique Division where I currently compete as an active IFBB Pro.
At 40 something I am a mother to a teenage son, a contributing writer for Australian Oxygen Magazine, was a full time police officer for 17 years, a professional competitor and certified Personal Trainer. I learned how to fit it all in and realise the only limitations you have are those in your mind.
In 2012 I moved to the USA. I Currently reside in Arizona where I am building a successful Personal Training Business and continue to inspire women and competitors of all ages.
I am available for competition prep, weight loss, just wanting to get fitter, and choreography.
Career Highlights
My first Australian National Win 6 months after giving birth to my son, Bailey.
My top 6 placing as an IFBB Pro Fitness competitor in Atlantic City.
Training Likes and Dislikes
Love training shoulders! I once considered it a body part that needed attention but I now consider it my strength. I also love doing sprint work at the track. I believe it has contributed to my leanest off season physique in 20 plus years of training. Dislikes is tough. I think it's a love hate thing with the insane workouts my man has me do. I hate the massively high reps but love the results.
Favourite Body Part to Train
Shoulders and legs. I also don't mind chest. I'm incredibly strong so it always fun lifting more than most men.
Favourite Cheat Foods
Italian, cheese, wine, pasta and chocolate.
Things you may not know about me
I'm incredibly sensitive and get hurt easily.
I like sitting and reading a great book.
