Self Adhesive rubber heel grips that are perfect for those shoes that just rub on the back of your heel. Not neccessarily for competition shoes but use them for your regular day to day shoes that give you blisters on the back of your heel. Very easy to apply. Just peel off the protective film and postion just under the back top edge of the offending shoes.
